Fifty businesses have reached the final round of the New Zealand International Business Awards 2023. This prominent award recognises the efforts of New Zealand’s export businesses. The winners will be announced on 23 November at an awards dinner in Auckland.
Organised by New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, the awards celebrate New Zealand’s export successes. David Downs, the Convenor of judges, stated that the selected businesses reflect the quality of companies that represent New Zealand in global markets. He added that the awards not only celebrate individual achievements but also highlight the overall contribution of exporters to New Zealand.
This year’s finalists come from various sectors, including digital services, food and beverage, and manufacturing. Notably, many are from regional New Zealand. New sponsors for 2023 include Kiwibank, supporting Excellence in Sustainability, and New Zealand Export Credit, backing Best Emerging Business.
