This March, take a step back in time at the Tauranga Militaria Show. The event will be held at Greerton Hall on the weekend of March 16-17. This is the perfect event for anyone interested in historical military items, whether you’re a seasoned collector or just starting out.
According to Dave Cross, one of the show’s organizers, the event will feature a variety of items. “We’ll have things for militaria collectors, sports firearm enthusiasts, knife collectors, and more,” he says. “You’ll find medals, swords, firearms bayonets, and much more.”
If you’re new to collecting or interested in starting, this show is a great opportunity to learn from experienced collectors and dealers. You’re also welcome to bring your own items for appraisal or to sell.
The Arms and Militaria Show will be open from 9am to 4pm on Saturday, March 16, and from 10am to 3pm on Sunday, March 17. Entry is $10, but children under 12 can enter for free.
