A music festival will bring 37 acts to Hawke’s Bay this summer.
The Outfield Festival, now in its fourth year, is scheduled for Saturday, February 11, at the coastal town of Te Awanga.
Artists playing in the festival include the drum and bass musicians Dillinja and Kasra, from the UK, the Indie pop-rock band Vacations, from Australia, and Four-man band Coterie, who recently toured with the band Six60. Auckland rapper JessB and Wellington-based ‘dub and bass’ group Rhombus will also feature in the show.
In addition to music, the festival features food and visual art. Camping options are also available.
Early-bird tickets are now on sale: $119 for adults, $79 for ages 13–17, and kids aged 12 and under (who are accompanied by a parent or guardian) are free. Discounts are available for groups.
