A local Queenstown buyer has purchased a home which overlooks the CBD for $3.1million +GST.
The home was the police station in two series of New Zealand made TV drama One Lane Bridge.
The Auckland based vendor decided to sell the property he had owned since the mid-’90s due to a “change in circumstances.”
New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty agents, Dave Fea and Mel Rogers brokered the transaction.
The purchaser intends to retain the house, which is believed to be built in the 1960’s.
