뉴질랜드의 임금이 인상되고 있습니다.Trade Me 일자리 보고서에 따르면 전국 모든 지역의 평균 임금이 인상되었습니다.지난 한 해 동안 15개 직무 분야의 평균 임금이 사상 최고치를 기록했습니다.

전국 평균 임금이 작년 같은 시기에 비해 8% 인상되었습니다.이는 사람들이 작년보다 5,500달러 더 벌고 있다는 것을 의미합니다.Trade Me에서 일하는 맷 톨리치는 물가가 6% 정도 올랐기 때문에 좋은 소식이라고 말했습니다.그래서 사람들이 쓸 돈이 조금 더 많아진 거죠.

웰링턴에서 임금이 가장 많이 올랐어요.웰링턴 다음으로 임금 인상이 큰 지역은 사우스랜드, 오타고, 캔터베리, 말버러입니다.이 모든 지역의 임금은 작년보다 9% 에서 10% 인상되었습니다.

이제 뉴질랜드에는 평균 임금이 7만 달러 이상인 지역이 더 많아졌습니다.이러한 지역으로는 베이 오브 플렌티, 캔터베리, 기즈번, 말버러, 오타고, 사우스랜드, 타라나키 등이 있습니다.

임금이 가장 많이 오른 직무 분야는 의료입니다.그곳의 임금은 10% 올랐습니다.임금이 크게 인상된 다른 직종으로는 무역 및 서비스, 제조 및 운영, 교육, 숙박업 및 관광업이 있습니다.

하지만 보고서에는 그다지 좋지 않은 소식도 있습니다.지난 3개월 동안 구인 광고 수가 7.9% 감소했습니다.동시에 더 많은 사람들이 일자리를 찾고 있습니다.실제로 작년의 같은 시기에 비해 현재 두 배 많은 사람들이 일자리를 신청하고 있습니다.

맷 톨리치도 이에 대해 이야기했습니다.그는 작년보다 현재 입사 지원서 수가 88% 더 많다고 말했습니다.이는 2018년 이후 가장 큰 증가폭입니다.그는 이것이 곧 선거가 있기 때문이라고 생각합니다.많은 기업들이 새로운 인재를 채용하기 전에 선거에서 어떤 일이 벌어질지 기다리고 있습니다.전에도 이런 일이 있었죠.2009년 이후 기업들은 선거가 끝날 때까지 기다려 사람을 고용하는 경우가 많았습니다.하지만 톨리치 씨는 희망을 품고 있습니다.그는 11월과 새해 이후에 더 많은 구인 광고가 나올 거라고 생각해요
