저렴한 임대료, 커뮤니티 하우스, 점진적 소유를 위한 주택 등이 포함된 이 프로젝트는 녹지 주변의 작은 동네처럼 지어졌습니다.여기에는 40채의 주택이 포함되며, 그 중 10채는 응아이 투아후리리 가족을 위해 예약되어 있습니다.

OCHT의 CEO인 케이트 키어니에 따르면 현재 크라이스트처치에는 2000명의 주택이 필요한 사람들이 있다.새로운 개발로 1940년대에 지어진 32개의 단일 사회주택이 104개의 침실로 대체된다.그러나 Kearney는 자금 조달 불일치와 공급망 부족이 이러한 프로젝트의 과제라고 강조했습니다.
