      The region's only city Invercargill offers a relaxed pace of life with wide streets, little traffic, spacious parks and gardens, striking Victorian and Edwardian architecture and impressive sporting facilities including New Zealand’s first indoor velodrome. Southland's location is such that views of Aurora Australis or the Southern Lights are common.

ENZ 的计划旨在在国际学生旅行受到限制的情况下,继续发展新西兰与日本的外交关系。

“几十年来,日本和新西兰从持久的伙伴关系中受益,明年我们将庆祝建交 70 周年。新西兰驻日本大使哈米什·库珀说,教育在促进人与人之间的联系以及支持 2021 年我们两国之间非常密切的联系方面发挥了非常重要的作用。”

试点成功之后,BizVenture 合作者为 2022 年制定了更大的计划。

新西兰教育局日本教育总监 Misa Kitaoka 表示:“我们的计划是将来在各自的国家举办 BizVenture 面对面的活动,并让获胜的团队访问对方的国家。”“我们计划筹款并与两国的商业倡导领袖和组织合作,以支持学生的差旅费用和/或在市场上实施他们的商业想法。”
