랑기탄 오 와이라우 (Rangitāne o Wairau) 소유의 토지에 위치한 이 새로운 허브는 새벽식을 통해 축복을 받았습니다.여기에는 학생들의 특별한 요구 사항을 충족하도록 설계된 교실, 회의 공간 및 사무실이 포함됩니다.예를 들어, 교실에는 기존의 학교 종소리 대신 녹색 또는 빨간색으로 깜박이는 스트립 조명이 있어 종소리나 화재 경보기를 알립니다.건물 복도에는 밝은 초록색 카펫이 깔려 있어 시력이 약한 사람들이 길을 쉽게 찾을 수 있습니다.
