今すぐ予約できる方

  • 30歳以上の方、またはグループ1、2、3に該当する方は、今すぐ予防接種の予約をすることができます。
  • 予防接種の予約対象となる方の保護者の方は、ご家族の中の12歳から15歳までの方の予防接種も予約できます。
  • 12歳未満の方は、現段階ではファイザーのワクチンを接種することはできません。
  • ファイザー社のワクチンは、65歳以上の方にも高い効果と安全性が確認されています。65歳以上の方は、今すぐ予防接種の予約ができます。

重要な注意事項

  • 過去にワクチンや注射で重篤なアレルギー反応や即時性のあるアレルギー反応を起こしたことがある場合は、ワクチン接種担当者に相談してください。
  • 予約日当日に体調を崩された場合は、予約を変更する必要があります。体調が回復したら接種することができます。
  • COVID-19にかかったことがあっても、ワクチンを接種する必要があります。ワクチンを接種するには、回復してから少なくとも4週間は待ってください。
  • COVID-19のワクチン接種は、妊娠のどの段階でも受けることができます。妊娠中にCOVID-19に感染すると重症化する可能性がありますので、ワクチンの接種をお勧めします。授乳中にファイザー社のワクチンを接種しても安全性に問題はありません。

お電話でのご予約は、コロナワクチンヘルスライン(COVID Vaccination Healthline)0800 28 29 26 からお願いします。電話はすべて無料で、年中無休、午前8時から午後8時まで対応しています。通訳が必要な場合は、通訳をお願いすることも可能です。
電話が混み合っている場合がありますので、電話に出るまで少しお待ちいただくことがあります。電話に出てから、予約には約15分かかります。
電話をかける際には、NHI(国民健康保険)の番号を用意しておくとスムーズです。そうすることで、より迅速に予約手続きを行うことができます。NHI番号は、処方箋、X線や検査結果、病院からの手紙などに記載されています。

オンラインで:
Book My Vaccineからオンラインで予約するのが、予防接種の予約を最も早く済ませる方法です。ウェブサイトは、英語とマオリ語のみの対応となっています。以下の手順で行うことができます。

  2. 「Book or register for your vaccine(ワクチンの予約・登録)」をクリック
