建筑健康保证

建筑健康保证是业主签署的声明,即已完全满足合规进度表的要求。它证实,在过去 12 个月里,已完全遵守了进度表中的检查、维护和报告程序。

业主责任

第一年,您必须在建筑内的公共场所展示合规进度表声明。

之后每年你必须:

需要合规进度表的建筑

包含某些安全功能和基本系统(如火警和电梯)的建筑物需要合规进度表。业主必须确保这些功能和系统有效运行,并且必须每年签署建筑健康保证书。

根据 2004 年《建筑法》,如果建筑物(单个住宅除外)包含以下任何内容,则必须出具合规进度表和年度建筑健康保证:

    • 自动灭火系统(例如洒水灭火系统)。
    • 火灾或其它危险的自动或手动紧急警报系统(不包括火灾警告系统,该系统完全位于家庭单元内,仅为该单位提供服务)。

业主的责任和责任
