민간 항공법에 따라 승객은 “엔지니어링 요건 또는 승무원 제한”과 같은 특정 장애가 정기 항공편에 영향을 미칠 경우 보상이나 환불을 받을 수 있습니다.젯스타는 또한 최초 환급 요청이 제대로 처리되지 않았다고 생각하는 승객을 위해 2차 청구 기회를 제공합니다.항공사는 2024년 5월 7일 이전에 항공편이 중단된 경우 고객이 검토를 요청할 수 있다고 밝혔습니다.
