운전 중에 다음과 같은 경고 증상이 나타나면 차를 세우고 잠시 쉬어가세요. 알람을 설정하고 15분 정도 눈을 붙인 후 주행하는 것이 가장 좋습니다.

  • 하품
  • 브레이크 밟는 속도 느려짐
  • 마지막 킬로미터 잊기
  • 졸음

 

피로감을 없애려면

  • 수면을 최우선으로 둘 것 – 규칙적으로 충분한 수면을 취하도록 합니다.
  • 간단한 간식 – 가볍고 신선한 음식을 드세요. 지방, 설탕 또는 탄수화물은 피합니다.

  • 휴식 – 최소 2시간마다 운전을 쉬세요.
  • 파워 낮잠 – 최상의 효과를 위해 20분 이하로
  • 신체리듬에 맞는 시간대 – 보통 깨어있는 시간에 운전하세요.
  • 수분 유지 – 물을 마시면 정신이 듭니다.
  • 복용약 – 주행 시 주의태세에 영향을 미치지 않는지 확인하세요.
  • 번갈아가며 운전하기 – 가능하면 동승자와 번갈아가며 운전하세요.
  • 금주 – 음주운전은 위험을 높입니다.
